Rumor has it the written English language is DEAD.
Well, not really, but it appears to some we might be headed that way.
According to former composition professor James E. Courter, one of the biggest problems contributing to poor writing skills is that our students are not readers.
Fortunately, one trait most PR professionals share is that we ARE readers- and it appears that in our quest to consume as much information as possible, we are simultaneously keeping our writing skills sharp. (Therefore, reading is also a form of multi-tasking! Another one of our favorite skills!)
